Now only two synagogues, out of five, are still in use as a synagogue. While this food tour has five stops, only two of them were Kosher foods: Gam Gam a restaurant and a bakery. I really enjoyed Gam Gam and would have loved to stay and eat more. Our next kosher stop was a bakery. Fabulous baked products. We then moved through the rest of the Jewish ghetto, actually learned about the word ghetto, and a history of Jewish life…”
