As the leave time started approaching, we tried calling and messaging to figure out where the tour guide was. 30 minutes after the leave time, we received a response that the tour had already left. There was another party at the exact meeting place as us, for the same tour. My only other thought was that we were expected to go onto the different vessels on the dock until we found the correct one, as there was no boat ever parked in the dock listed in the email, which…”

Most of the shops and the lace demonstration were either closed or were closing. The tour guide spoke too fast and rapidly switched languages. It was supposed to be for 6 hours but poor planning made it even more than 7. We paid extra to be dropped off at the station but at the last minute, they refused to drop us there and we had to walk all the way from San Marco on our own!”
