“Comprei um passeio para 10h35 ao chegar no ponto de encontro fui informada que mudou para as 12h. O pessoa que me atendeu disse que ou era isso , ou me devolvi o valor ao adentrar . Tive que mudar toda a programação para voltar depois pra retirar os ingressos ao ponto de encontro e me juntar a um grupo , que segundo a pessoa que me atendeu iria nos escoltar até a Basílica, que era obrigatório.
